By accessing our site or placing an order with Acme Prints you agree to these terms of use and consent to our Privacy Policy. We don’t give your info to anyone. Ever. If you do not agree to these terms then you must immediately disconnect from this site. And please consider that a company like us should be the least of your worries!

Acme’s general approach
Acme was founded on the principle of being different from the companies we were forced to use before doing it ourselves. We were tired of the bad communication, the late orders, the sub-par printing, and the complete lack of responsibility if something went wrong.
When we mess up, we make it right.
Order-related Policies
By placing an order with Acme Prints, you agree to the following policies:
Cancellations
We get that sometimes an order has to be cancelled. All cancellations must be emailed/in writing, and as a courtesy, please call us at 602-461-7171 to inform us of the cancellation immediately— this will reduce potential additional charges like materials & labor, art/screen/production costs, etc. We have to charge for any work we’ve already done prior to cancellation.
Materials (including garments) may be subject to a restocking fee (see below).
Garment Changes & Restocking
Restocking charges may apply on orders where garments are changed after an order is placed.
If you’re unsure of the garment type(s) on your order, let us know prior to getting an order started. To provide the best turn time on our orders, we order garments right away, sometimes prior to proof approval.
Payment Terms
Unless other payment terms have been granted, all customers are required to pay a 50% deposit to start an order, including estimated shipping costs. Orders requiring a deposit will not move forward to production or the art department queue until the deposit is received. An order will not ship or be eligible for pick-up until the balance on the order is paid in full.
We accept business checks or money orders made out to Acme Prints, cash, or direct ACH payments. Personal checks are not accepted. For payments or orders over $1,000 not paid by ACH or check, a 3% processing fee will apply (e.g. card/PayPal payments).
All returned checks and ACH debits will be assessed a $40 return fee per transaction.
Spoilage & Misprints
ALL GARMENT ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A SPOILAGE RATE OF 2% OR LESS. Screen printing and other garment decoration methods are industrial processes and hence are prone to some level of error. In accordance with industry standards, Acme Prints is not responsible for loss of product within this deviation. This percentage is rounded up on smaller orders and compounded by the number of decoration locations.
“But wait, Acme! I need every single shirt on my order! That size small is for my great aunt Birgit!” If you need every single item ordered, we can guarantee it by ordering more blanks. If we have no misprints during printing, you’ll be billed for the extra items ordered. If we do have misprints, we’ll keep the screens on press and replace as many as necessary to make sure you have all the items you’ve ordered. We never charge for printing on misprinted garments.
Claims & Returns
No returns will allowed on washed, used, or damaged merchandise. All claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods. All returns must have prior authorization. Contact your customer service representative or email info@acmeprints.com with details of the return.
Risk of Loss via Carrier
Once we pass off a shipment to a carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package’s condition or arrival time. There’s very little, if anything, we can do after we’ve given them the shipment. All items purchased from Acme Prints are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Privacy Policy
We may in the operation of this site collect data relating to your use of this site, your computer type, software used to access this site, and your methods of access. We will use this information internally as necessary to ensure the safety, security, and operation of the site. We routinely analyze the information gathered to better understand our customers, identify problems, and plan improvements to the site. We will not contact you unless you have requested contact. Please note that submitting an estimate will cause our systems to send you emails regarding the estimate request. We will not contact you any more then necessary to assist you with your estimate or subsequent order.

Disputes
