Crackle Ink

An additive in standard plastisol inks that will create a crackled/worn look. The additive is activated during the curing/heating process.





Discharge Ink

Discharge ink works by adding an activator to release the dye in the fabric. This activator, or discharging agent, returns the fabric to its natural color. Pigments can then be added to the ink to re-dye the fabric.
*Example above is clear discharge ink except for the eyes, which have white plastisol ink added to make them pop.

Fluorescent Ink

Fluorescent inks are based on pigments that absorb ultraviolet energy and re-emit it within the visible spectrum. This causes the print to glow and appear very bright in daylight.




Glow-in-the-Dark Ink

Glow-in-the-dark or phosphorescent inks contain pigments that absorb light energy and then re-emit it as light. This means that the area where the ink is applied will glow in the dark.

High Density Ink

High-density ink is a specialty ink that is thicker and more opaque than regular ink. It is used to create a raised, embossed or a 3D effect on printed materials.

Hydrochromic Ink

Hydrochromic ink is a smart ink that changes color in response to moisture. It is typically white when dry and colors appear when exposed to water. Hydrochromic ink is ideal for obscuring messages, colors, and text.

Hydrophobic Ink

Hydrophobic inks make hidden designs visible when garments get wet (think sweat). The shirt darks but he print stays the same. Sneaky stuff.

Metallic Foils

Foils combine with screen printed adhesives using heat & pressure to create ultra-smooth, eye-catching graphics. Almost unlimited colors available and even patters.

Photochromic Ink

Photochromic inks change from clear to colors when exposed to UV light. Colorless indoors, vibrant colors outdoors!

Puff Ink

Puff ink is a screen printing ink additive that puffs up when heated, creating a 3D embossed texture that rises above the fabric. It can add dimension and visual interest to your design, or just certain parts of it. Puff ink is similar to high density ink, but while puff ink results in softened and rounded edges, high density is a raised print that results in hard, sharp edges.

Reflective Ink

For safety or style! Reflective ink is made up of a carrier base and small glass beads that reflect light back to its source.

Thermochromic ink is a type of dye that changes color when the temperature increases or decreases. It was first used in the 1970s in novelty toys like mood rings.
