Delivery/Pick-Up

Direct-to-Garment printing is an alternative to the classic screen printing method. It’s sort of like running a t-shirt through a giant inkjet printer. DTG printing allows for full-color prints without the complex set-up that screen printing requires. Because of that, we are able to offer DTG printing with no minimum orders. It is also a good alternative when your design requires a lot of different ink colors and you need less than 50 shirts.

Pricing is usually $20 to $30 per shirt and varies depending on the type of shirt, the number of print locations, and the color of the shirt (dark color shirts require a special type of printer, more ink, and more time, thus being a little higher in price).

Minimum Orders

Because of the involved set-up time with screen printing, the minimum order is 12. But what we can do is direct-to-garment (DTG) also known as digital printing, which doesn’t have a minimum since DTG prints don’t have all the complex set-up of screen printing. It’s also often a good alternative when the design would require a lot of different ink colors and less than 50 shirts are needed.

Pricing is usually $25 to $30 per shirt and varies depending on the type of shirt, the number of print locations, and the color of the shirt (dark color shirts require a special type of printer, more ink, and more time, thus being a little higher in price). We recommend using 100% cotton shirts to get the most vibrant print, but blends are also available for a more subtle print. Tri-blends are not recommended because the poly/rayon can scorch during the prep process. But not to worry, we will guide you through to make sure we find the right process/tshirts for your needs!
